Core Team Course (CTC Masterclass)

This course is designed for clinical teams consisting of three team members (min. 1 physician, ICU/Cathlab/ Cardiology) working across health care professions to treat patients with Impella® heart pumps. The courses are hosted in a hospital or an academic teaching center. 

Together with the Expert Faculty you will share experiences and – with a focus on the core team approach – receive intensive advanced knowledge to optimize procedures and processes. 

Expert presentations on hot topics around Impella heart pumps, case-based discussions are part of the one-day program. The interdisciplinary areas of responsibilities will be defined and discussed in breakout sessions in a practice-oriented manner. 

This course offers a very high relevance to everyday life, including the application of algorithms and protocols for outcome improvement in patients treated with Impella heart pumps. To enable a lively exchange, the number of participants per course is limited. If you and your Impella core team are experienced Impella users but still strive for optimization you should register for our Core Team Course Program.
